Advanced Open Water Diver

Environment!  Exploration!  Equipment!  Excitement!  Experiences!

These are what the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about.

Now…don’t let the name scare you – you don’t have to be “advanced” to take the course.

The course is designed so that you can go straight into it after you complete your Open Water Diver certification.

The Advanced Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills so you can become more comfortable in the water.  It’s a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of your PADI Instructor.  This course builds on what you’ve already learned and develops new capabilities by introducing you to new activities and new ways to have fun scuba diving.

Although the local dive season in Calgary really only runs from about the May long weekend until the Thanksgiving weekend (sometimes we luck out and Mother Nature cooperates and we get a little bit more ) there are still many chances to complete your Advanced Open Water course certification – just check out our TRAVEL pages!

Keep your mind active during this time of social distancing and remember

this pandemic WILL END!

The lakes, oceans, ponds, EVEN THE POOL will be waiting for you to DIVE IN so be ready!

Click below to complete the e-Learning portion of the ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER course right now,

then, all we have to do is book you in for a very short classroom session and you will be ready for your 5 open water dives!
