Now…don’t let the name scare you – you don’t have to be “advanced” to take the course – the course is designed so that you can go straight into it after you complete your Open Water Diver certification.
The Advanced Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills so you can become more comfortable in the water. It’s a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of your PADI instructor. This course builds on what you’ve already learned and develops new capabilities by introducing you to new activities and new ways to have fun scuba diving.
Although the dive season in Calgary is in limbo right now waiting for the Spring thaw there are still chances to complete your Advanced Open Water or Specialty course certifications – just check out our TRAVEL pages! Deep diver, Night Diver, Drift Diver, Boat Diver, Underwater Digital Photography, … they are all easy to attain in warm tropical waters over the winter – Roatan, Mexico…
